Listed are some of the services provided by the Chamber.

Commercial and Foundation Register
Registering businesses and foundations in the Commercial and Foundation Registry, of the Windward Islands, and document any amendments thereon. By law, (Federal Ordinance) all businesses operating in the Island territories of St. Maarten, Saba, and St. Eustatius must be registered in the Commercial Register of the Windward Islands and all amendments must be documented in this register.

Registration Information
Issue extracts of registered businesses and foundations. An extract is an official document detailing essential information of registered businesses and foundations, to include, name and/ or trade name of the business or foundation, registration number, objects, date of establishment, owner or management and proxies, and if the business is a corporation, the capital.

Declarations & Letters of Recommendation
Provide declarations and/ or letters of recommendation, upon request to business owners to be used to satisfy business contacts.

Assistance to Visiting Trade Missions
Facilitate visiting trade missions and investors in planning and carrying out trade shows locally, making contact with businesses, professional associations and government.

Web Service
Through our interactive web site the public and members can access our on-line directory, down load applicable forms and access other help-full business resourceful services.

Business Resource Center / Library
The business resource center stocks a wide selection of business references on all aspects of doing business on St. Maarten, Saba, and St. Eustatius. It also avails information about trade with the United States, the European Community (Holland in particular) and other neighboring Caribbean Islands.

Business Information Guide
We are in the process of compiling and publishing a Business Information Guide, which would provide detail profiles of St. Maarten, Saba, and St. Eustatius business and foundations, to include contact persons, addresses and basic investor’s information.
