Established in 1976, St. Maarten Chamber
of Commerce & Industry, by law, has been the centered
voice of the business community.
As the centered voice of the business community, the Chamber,
on a continuing basis, provides advice on matters concerning
the issuance of business licenses, and may submit recommendations
upon the request of Government or the Chamber’s own
initiative, in other matters related to Trade and Industry.
The Chamber also maintains the Trade and Foundation registers
and provides support for its members to grow and prosper.
The Chamber is govern by a nine member Board of directors
and a full time staff that is committed to the sustainable
economic development of the Island Territories of St. Maarten,
Saba, and St. Eustatius and the viability of its members.
